Sure. She’s known for her style. But that’s a recent development. And that has more to do with marrying money, which allows her any amount of luxurious clothing and any amount of access to the best stylists.
And she seemed to step up her game (or at least mimic the style – for better or for worse) once she befriended one Ms. Posh Spice, Victoria Beckham. She even sported Posh’s angled bob, once Posh declared it no longer May-juh!
But what the heck? What qualifies her to design? It’s all for show. Does she need a new hobby now that the world has clearly said it didn’t need to see her in anymore movies? Does her kooky hubby encourage her to branch out? That she can do anything she wants? This scientology mumbo-jumbo does give one an amazing sense of self-worth! (At least while they’re on top, we all know that when they fall, scientology is the first to turn their backs and drive them to suicide – Great “religion,” guys!)

It is not even that she may be designing for Armani, it is that Armani may be welcoming it. Why? When was the last time she even wore Armani? on her wedding day?
She has style? what style? wearing heels with a bikini? wearing heels while walking on a dock whilst on holiday? wearing heels with every single attire or at every event? I was shocked that she didn’t even wear heels to run the marathon.
She has style? what style? this is a 29 year old who dresses as if she is 50 or 60 years old. That is not style, that is an attempt to be stylish. You look at her and you see all the work that went into picking whatever she is wearing. You look at her and you know there won’t be a difference if a mannequin had the same thing on and was standing beside her. You notice the dresses on her but you don’t see her. There is no personality, there is no signature. There is no flair. And worst of all, SHE NEVER KNOWS OR DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO MOVE in whatever she is wearing.
Style should be effortless, elegance should be effortless. Holmes makes it look very much like hardwork.

You hit the nail on the head with your assesment that she dresses like she’s 50! When you look at her you think Mother of the Bride not a young fun mom.
And I couldn’t agree more about her looking like a mannequin, with birkin bag and oversized sunglasses.
